The site is located on a seasonal stream bank within the Technion institute campus in Haifa. The program mixes housing and public facilities. Approximately 200 residential units for young families, a community center and a day care center building. 

Our proposal won the jury prize for suggesting a set of slabs following  the topography, while preserving its natural attributes. The built sustainable units assimilate and embrace the natural landscape.
